HLSC 4300 - Individuals with Disabilities and Special Needs

Credit Hours: (3) Former: HPRO 4300
Description: Through this course, students will increase awareness and understanding of health promotion for individuals with disabilities or other individuals with clinical special needs. Topics may include exercise recommendations for various special populations, Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, communication strategies and program modification.
