This 18-credit Food and Beverage Management minor is specifically designed for students who are interested in managing and/or owning restaurants or other food and beverage establishments. The minor will provide a foundation in food and beverage management, account and cost controls, and advanced knowledge and understanding of the skills needed to succeed personally and professionally as a manager/owner in this ever-growing industry. Students will apply management principles and develop their culinary skills in the new restaurant and special event space at the Kemmons Wilson Culinary Institute.
